STORE POLICY; We at SPEEDY'S LEATHER strive to make our customers 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. There are exceptions to the 15-day return policy. You will need to read this entire page to make sure that you qualify for the refund. Returns,refunds and exchanges will need to obtain an RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER by email from SPEEDY'S LEATHER before product is returned.
 
PLEASE CONTACT SPEEDYS LEATHER PRIOR TO RETURNING ITEMS FOR COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS AND WAREHOUSE ADDRESS.
REFUND/RETURNS/EXCHANGING POLICY; If you need to return a leather item or any other item,this MUST be done within the 15 day policy. ANY items received after that time,will NOT be refunded. Buyer will have to arrange returned shipping of the item. Once merchandise is received please allow up to two weeks to receive a refund. It is very important that there is an RA # on the package letting SPEEDY'S know who is returning the item. Please include a note as to reason for product return along with your address. We issue refunds by credit card or paypal. ALL LEATHER PRODUCTS MUST HAVE TAGS ATTACHED,AND ALL PACKING ENCLOSED. Leather product MUST be returned in the same condition that the product was received- NEW CONDITION. If product is returned in any other condition, SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT REFUND MONEY. This means the 15 day return policy is VOID. During the Christmas season (which starts early October),we do not process refunds quickly. It may take 2 or 3 weeks,maybe longer,for you to receive your refund. SPEEDY does get behind,but refunds are guaranteed by the last day of January. All products are inspected upon return. So,if there are any problems, then you will be notified immediately upon inspection. All items returned will be charged a 25% restocking fee of the merchandise total. You will receive a refund of the purchase price minus the 25%
If exchanging a product for another size,smaller or larger, we charge the shipping fee plus exchange / restock fee depending on the warehouse. In other words, you will be charged $9.75 plus a restock / exchange fee which varies depending on the warehouse and their policy. Speedys will only charge their customers the fee that is charged by the warehouse and nothing extra. This fee covers the cost of reshipping your item. This product MUST be in NEW CONDITION-ALL TAGS ATTACHED, all packing included. If product is received in any other condition, buyer will NOT receive an exchange, only the same product that was returned. If you live outside the Continental US or in another Country,this fee will be what you paid originally. Seller will need to be contacted for shipping charges. The exchange fee can be paid by paypal, direct using our secure server, or a check/money order can be included in the box with the item, along with a note of who the package should be returned to and what size requested. It is very important that there is an RA # on the package letting us know who is returning the item. Once we have received the item, the fee and the size requested, we will reship your item. It is very important that if you send an item back for exchange, please put a note on the package that reads "EXCHANGE". Otherwise, it may get set aside with the returns and will not be processed quickly.
 
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE; If an item arrives damaged, please be sure to email us ASAP. This is very important. We try to check products before they leave here, but it is hard to check all of them. If the product is damaged during transit, you will need to contact us with all the details including the package details. We will file a claim with UPS or USPS and reship the your item as soon as we are contacted by UPS or USPS that the insurance claim has been approved. The time frame for that can take up to two weeks.
Sometimes, the leather jackets or leather items will arrive with quality control damage. Since we have tried to keep the cost of the items low enough, we have limitations for this. First thing, you will need to contact us by email with details of the problem. Second, you will need to include all the necessary information that we will need in the package and ship it back to us. We will send you the replacement for the item. Yes, you will have to pay the shipping cost back to us. We will not charge you for the return shipping. It is not that costly. We have to pay the shipping of the damaged item back to the manufacturer in order for them to send us the replacement. So, that policy is passed along to our customers.
 
SHIPPING POLICY; We determine what method of shipping will be used. This is not negotiable. The shipping costs per item will be $9.75, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon between buyer and seller. If you are unsure of the shipping cost, please email us before purchase. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise, lost merchandise or stolen merchandise, if insurance is not purchased. The rate for that(in the US only)is $1.30 up to $50.00, $2.30 up to $100.00. We will send you the information needed to file a claim through USPS for a product, if the insurance is purchased. If we ship the item through UPS Ground, we will have to file the claim in order to reship the merchandise or issue a refund. The items are NOT reshipped until we receive conformation from UPS Ground that the claim is accepted. That process can take sometimes up to 14 business days. We ship weekdays, but not on weekends. We usually ship our items within 3 business days after payment is received. During the busy Christmas season which winds up during early November please allow extra process time and try to order early enough to make delivery before Christmas. Once your item ships you will be notified by email. Tracking numbers are not provided in the emails. If you need that info.you will need to contact us with the order # so that we can send that to you.
*Continental US Shipping: We ship most items through USPS and UPS Ground. It is important to include a Street Address with payments. This will insure that the items will be shipped promptly without delay. UPS Ground DOES NOT deliver any items to PO BOX #'s. WE receive a lot of orders with PO BOX #'s. This is not acceptable and your payment will be refunded. You will have to provide us with a physical address and resubmit your order.

*International Shipping Policy: Please contact us for quote by email. Per item charge of $9.75 is for US customers ONLY. Actual shipping costs will be charged to customers.
